Transforming Instruction
for Black and Brown Students

Elementary Education Evolved aims to address two critical issues through coaching and consulting: Closing the academic achievement gap for minority students and improving teacher retention for novice elementary teachers with 0 - 3 years of experience. We achieve this through facilitating practical training and providing effective instructional coaching.

What Educators Say

"Caring, resourceful, exemplary: Mrs Chapman is the perfect example of what a leader should be. She took the time out to get to know me. As a result, she understood me and knew what I needed in order to maximize my potential. She pulled the best out of me by pushing me past my comfort zone."
