"Senior" Program

Participant Capacity: 1 to 16 individuals

Time Commitment:  Pre-scheduled and facilitated over 8 months.

Unlock potential and achieve results
with our most advanced and impactful program.

This package includes a total of eight 90-minute professional development series that are designed to build on one another and to be given consecutively. The eight-anchoring series are centered around key components that lead to both teacher and student growth, enhanced literacy skills, the creation of math groups, and hosts of customized training in relation to the area(s) of focus for the participating educator.

Note: Other professional development series can be created based on your organization’s mission and goals for the academic school year.

The Senior Package will allow for participants to receive our most intensive level of support.  Both personal and professional goals will be created and assessed, and more face to face time is provided so that each participant truly feels supported with the hopes of decreasing any anxiety and teacher burnout. On this level, we will form a partnership of creating memorable activities for students, co-teaching, tips on grading and how to utilize teacher prep times wisely, creating parent newsletters, and all of the little things that have a huge impact on the success of both the educator and the students’ school year!

One-on-one coaching will consist of research-based instructional practices focusing on components such as: classroom management/climate, incorporating student interests, lesson planning, addressing misconceptions, student-data analysis, differentiation, cognitive engagement, literacy instruction, etc.

Coaching will be organized around the professional development topics for the month. Participants will be coached on corresponding strategies and methods, provided with related resources, and will be given action steps to implement within the classroom. Educators will have to provide student artifacts and evidence of given action steps. Feedback will be provided weekly for both the educator and their administrator, and a monthly evaluation with a rating of how well each participant is advancing through the program, using the teacher evaluation rubric from the organization, will be administered.
